These terms govern your use of the AI Office Hours website and services operated by Peak Perspective Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
AI Office Hours provides live, 1-on-1 AI workflow coaching sessions ("Sessions"). Sessions are approximately 2 hours in duration and are delivered remotely via video call.
3. Booking & Payment
- Sessions are booked via Cal.com and payment is collected at the time of booking through Stripe.
- The current session price is $400 USD. Prices may change; the price at time of booking applies.
- A minimum of 5 days' advance notice is required for booking.
- Small groups of up to 3 people may book a single session at the same price.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5. Intellectual Property
- Your work: Anything you create during a session is yours. We claim no ownership of your projects, code, designs, or outputs.
- Our materials: Teaching materials, techniques, and downloadable resources provided by AI Office Hours remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal and professional purposes but may not redistribute or resell them.
6. What Sessions Are (and Aren't)
Sessions are educational coaching. We help you learn AI workflows and build real outputs. Sessions are not:
- Consulting engagements with deliverable guarantees
- Ongoing support or retainer agreements
- Legal, financial, or professional advice
7. Limitation of Liability
AI Office Hours is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver a high-quality experience, but we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your session.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services or materials for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our ability to provide services to others.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Peak Perspective Media LLC is registered.
