The Short Version
Payment is collected at booking. Cancel 2+ business days before → full refund. Reschedule up to 60 minutes before. No-show → no refund. Not satisfied after attending? We'll work with you.
1. Payment
Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. This secures your session slot.
2. Cancellations
- 2+ business days before session: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Less than 2 business days: No refund. The session time was reserved and prepped for you.
- No-show: No refund.
3. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your session at no charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.
4. Satisfaction
If you attend your full session and feel it didn't meet your expectations, reach out within 7 days. We'll either offer a follow-up call to address what was missed, or work out a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. We want you to walk away with real value.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
